汤良德,一九三八年三月三十一日出生于上海一丝竹音乐世家,二零一零年八月三十一日病逝于香港。汤氏少时即在祖孙三代之乐社「汤家班」以演奏丝竹为业,一九五三年,入中国国乐团,一九五六年,入北京中央新闻纪录电影制片厂乐团(今称中国电影乐团)任职演奏员。一九六三年五月,参加第四届「上海之春」全国首届二胡比赛获第二名,一九七一年,与张韶合作出版《二胡演奏法》。一九七七年,汤氏移居香港,一度在香港中乐团任职,一九七八年七月,受聘为香港音乐事务统筹处训练主任,主持该处中乐部门对中、小学的普及与训练工作,并兼任该处导师中乐团及由学生组成之青年中乐团指挥,直至,一九九八年退休。一九九一年,获香港艺术家联盟颁发「艺术教育家」年奖,为香港中国民族管弦乐学会会长,海内外多个中乐社团顾问。
TANG Liang-de
TANG Liang-de was born on March 31, 1938 in Shanghai and passed away of illness on August 31, 2010 in Hong Kong. He was a member of an ensemble The Tang’s Family as a performer with his father and grand father. In 1953, he joined the China Traditional Orchestra. In 1956, he was appointed to the Beijing Central News and Motion Picture Studio Orchestra (now called the China Movie Orchestra) as a performer. In 1963, he was selected to participate in the 4th Shanghai Spring Festival’s national erhu competition and won the second prize. In 1971, He and ZHANG Shao together wrote and published the book Erhu Performance. In 1977, he migrated to Hong Kong and joined the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra. In 1978, he was appointed to the Hong Kong Music Office as the Chinese music training director and the conductors of the orchestras attached to it until his retirement in 1998. In 1991, he was awarded by the Hong Kong Artists Alliance for the Educationalist of Arts prize.
